The Ring of SpiritsAt first he didn't want to do it. When he received the call he thought it was just another one of those tests that they tell you it's one thing but it's really another. That is, until he heard how much they would pay.
He was wishing he had said no.Arthur was in a room deep underground surrounded by at least ten or fifteen scientists, and was hooked up to several monitors saying who knew what. He was sitting at a stainless steel table with four of the most random objects for an increasingly suspicious scientific experiment: an oddly shaped pale thing which the scientists told him was a hearing aid, a most fragrant cookie that smelled as if it was fresh from the oven (though when Arthur touched it, it felt cold), a glass with a puke green liquid inside that didn't smell much better than it looked, and a golden ring with strange glyphs on the outside.
His instructions were to choose one and to use it accordingly.
When he asked them when he would get his money they ignored him. One snigger

Another World, Another PlaceMaybe in another world,
Another place,
Maybe on a mountain,
With it's Queen Anne's Lace,
Maybe at the beach,
Surfing it's waves,
We may have met one another,
Face to face.
I wonder what I would have thought,
When you came into view,
What is her name?
I honestly have no clue.

Nevermind, you.

And yet,
Curious,
My eyes would linger,
And I would say to myself,
What if she's thinking about YOU?

With sudden courage,
And a little stupidity too,
I would walk up,
And say,
"Hello, how do you do?"
And I would only hope,
That you might in fact say,
"I'm doing just fine.
How about, you?"
At the sound of your voice,
My heart would go a flutter,
And all I could do,
Is mutter,
"Why would a girl like you,
Ever even talk,
To a guy like me?"
And my only wish,
Is that you would flatter me,
So much,
As to answer,
That one little inquiry.

Hello all! Hope everyone is doing well!

I was commissioned a while back to do something/anything Dr. Who related. I came up with the idea of the TARDIS being sucked into a vortex and this is the result!

Before anyone says it, I know the door actually opens inward. But I didn't know that when I drew it. When I found out, I was irritated, but it turns out that the person who commissioned me actually prefers it the way I drew it. So yeah, that's that.

I drew this with colored pencils on black paper.

*EDIT 2* In January, someone requested a print. I just now saw that about three months after the request. Also... I like the door being pulled outward. It kinda makes it look like the TARDIS is fighting being pulled into the vortex.
If that makes sense...
